Midland Radio Gives Back to Environment

Midland Radio is giving back following Giving Tuesday 2022.

ABOUT GIVING TUESDAY

This Giving Tuesday Midland Radio chose to plant one tree for every order placed.

"Many of Midland's customers are outdoor adventurers, using our products as they explore nature. It's important to Midland that we play an active role in helping our customers leave nature the way they found it and work alongside them to make a difference when it comes to the environment," Midland Radio Director of Marketing Shared Services, Andrew Kinsman said.

Midland Radio donated 1133 trees with the help of One Tree Planted.

With the help of our customers Midland Radio made an impact in reforestation, conservation, and protection of endangered forests around the world.

ABOUT ONE TREE PLANTED

One Tree Planted is a nonprofit organization on a mission to make it simple for anyone to lend their hand to the environment by planting trees.

The organization's projects span the globe. Local communities and knowledgeable experts help with the projects in order to create an impact for nature, people and wildlife.

According to One Tree Planted, reforestation helps rebuild forests after fires and floods, provides jobs for social impact, and restore biodiversity.

Many of One Tree Planted's projects have overlapping objectives, creating a combination of benefits that contribute to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
