Friends of Infant Toddler Services (FITS) will hold their annual Sneaker Ball Gala virtually on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020. Last year, the FITS team raised nearly $100,000 and supported more than 2,000 families in Johnson County with needed equipment, training for therapists, and social development events. This year, the need is even greater to support kids and families in the Johnson County community during the current economic crisis and global pandemic. While FITS has made the difficult decision to consolidate from three fundraising events to one virtual event, the annual Sneaker Ball is necessary to serve the needs of families enrolled in Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County. Kansas City-based Midland Radio has partnered with the non-profit to support fundraising goals for the event. The Sneaker Ball will feature a Live & Silent Auction and a Fund-A-Need, and all funds raised will be strategically used to support the children, their families, and professional development opportunities for the ITSJC therapists.

Friends of Infant Toddler Services (FITS) is a non-profit dedicated to fundraising in support of families and programs offered through Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County (ITSJC). The dedicated team of ITSJC therapists provides a full range of assistive services to help caregivers and providers in the comfort of the child’s natural environment at no cost to eligible families.

Midland Radio has teamed up with local business Got Your Six Coffee Co. and KC Cattle Company to provide a donation for the auction. Sneaker Ball tickets are free and available for general public here.
