Midland Radio Expands MicroMobile Line with the MXT115 and MXT275, Now with USB-C Connectivity

The new models offer rapid and flexible charging capabilities and access to more GMRS repeaters than ever before, at the same low price point of the previous editions

 KANSAS CITY, MO – MAY 25, 2021Midland, the leader pioneering two-way radio communication technology and innovation, announces today the launch of their MXT115 and MXT275 MicroMobile Two-Way Radios with USB-C connectivity. Consumers will be able to charge their devices faster than ever before on their mobile radio via USB-C, while continuing to enjoy the power, compatibility and extended range that is needed to make outdoor communication reliable, intuitive and fun.

Unlike their predecessors, the new MXT115 and MXT275 MicroMobile Two-Way Radios have 18 watts output charging power, providing rapid charging capabilities for any device, including larger devices such as laptops and tablets. Users will also now have more GMRS repeater functionality than ever before, with the ability to utilize split privacy tones on repeater channels. These upgrades are tailored to enhance streams of communication at remote destinations, making these new models ideal for off-the-grid RVers, overlanders, campers, power sports enthusiasts, and those managing expansive properties and farms.
