Midland Radio Corporation, a world leader in consumer and commercial communication products, continues to meet the demand of the outdoor enthusiast by expanding its popular Mossy Oak Breakup™ product line. Midland has been promoting the Mossy Oak Breakup™ camouflage with its GMRS 2-Way Radios for many years and has recently added this widely recognized camouflage to several of its other products.  Midland is adding 3 new 2-Way GMRS radios with Mossy Oak Breakup™ camouflage for 2009. Model GXT785VP3* includes up to 30 mile range, All Hazards Weather Alert, 142 Privacy Codes and 5 Bonus Animal Call Alerts (turkey, duck, crow, cougar and wolf). The top-of-the-line Waterproof Model GXT1050VP4* (also available in Gun Metal Silver) has the same range and features as Model GXT785VP3* but is also JIS4 waterproof and adds an SOS Siren. Finally, Model LXT345VP3* is the perfect radio for the “Junior Hunter”, small and compact with easy to use features.

Midland offers two unique Emergency Crank-powered radios, Models ER102 and XT511. Model ER102, with Dynamo Crank Power, functions as an All Hazards Weather Alert Radio, AM/FM, Alarm Clock, Flashlight with Visual Alert, and a USB Connector to charge devices such as cell phones. The unique Model XT511 is a 2-Way GMRS radio, with Dynamo Crank Power, with all of the functions of the ER102. The GMRS communication features of Model XT511 can be operated hands-free or with the included plug-in microphone. Both Emergency Crank radios are available in silver or Mossy Oak Breakup™.  In addition, Midland offers a pocket-size All Hazards Weather Alert radio in two Models, HH50 (in black) and HH51 (with Mossy Oak Breakup™ camouflage). Each compact radio is perfect for travel and easy to use. They scan all of the NOAA weather channels and lock onto the strongest local signal at the touch of a button.
