Will the LXT600 series work also with my Midland BR or MB series Business Radios?

No the LXT600BB is not compatible as it works off of FRS frequencies and the MB400 is a Business Band radio.
Do I need a license to operate these?

No! Under FCC regulations, FRS radios (transmitting power limited to 2 Watts and lower) do not need a license to operate, even if used in a business setting.
