Channels 1-7 or 15-22 will transmit over 2 watts. Channels 8-14 are limited to .5 watts by the FCC.

In theory, yes you can use a wireless headset with the GXT1050. At this time we do not offer a wireless option but are wireless option is in the plan down the road.

What are the frequencies of channels CH 23-50. They are not documented on the manual nor specs document. Only the 22 FRS ones. The 30 GMRS frequencies are not documented.
