Press Release: Midland Announces Upgraded Two-Year Warranty for All BizTalk Radios
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 6, 2020) – Midland Radio Corporation announced today that the warranty for all of its BizTalk radios extends two years from the date of purchase, effective April 6, 2020. BizTalk, the business radio line from Midland, includes the BR200 and the MB400 radios. Those radios will now be fully supported with a two-year warranty, and the included accessories will be supported by a one-year warranty.
“Midland is excited to offer this warranty extension for our customers. We believe that it demonstrates the reliability of our products and how we stand behind every product we make,” said Dan Schwartz, Midland CEO. “We hope our action provides a peace of mind while customers use our BizTalk products for years to come.”
Midland is also making the warranty policy retroactive, meaning it applies to previously sold BizTalk radios, provided they are within two years of the original purchase date. The one-year warranty applies to the accessories packaged with the radios, including the battery, antenna, desktop charger, AC adapter, and the belt clip or holster.
